We collect account details you provide directly (name, email, payment method info), deal and chat activity within the platform, and basic usage data such as device type and IP address for security purposes.
Your information is used to operate secure deals, verify seller identities, process deposits and withdrawals, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
We share information only with payment processors necessary to complete a transaction, and with law enforcement when legally required. Sellers and buyers only see the profile details needed to complete a deal.
All funds held in escrow are tracked through a multi-sig ledger. Account passwords are hashed, and sensitive actions require an authenticated session. We continuously monitor for suspicious activity.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request account deletion at any time from your workspace settings or by contacting support.
We may update this policy as SellCube evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
